For 18 of those years, I was involved in B2B businesses such as photo printing equipment and data recording media, overseeing development, production, and sales from end to end.
Executed financial management, consolidated governance, BCP (Business Continuity Plan) construction, SCM (Supply Chain Management) improvement, and structural reforms. - In the Internal Audit Department, I spent six years building and improving internal controls to ensure the reliability of financial reporting and strengthen corporate governance.
