Compliance in finance demands a high awareness of not only laws and regulations, but also internal and social norms, and the company’s philosophy. Corporate ethics and social responsibilities—such as market fairness, transparency, and user protection (customer-centric business operations)—directly impact stakeholders. I will establish a support system where the founders participating in POD can feel secure consulting on building appropriate risk management.

- Provided services for special clients in the High Net Worth Division (Orc d'Or).
- In the IFA Division, I was responsible for providing services to various IFA businesses from the perspective of offering a securities platform.
