Creating the Best System for Athletes to Achieve Their Goals

My dream is to share the moment athletes achieve their goals and celebrate with them. To that end, I’m working to establish a “global management” business that supports them. Professional athletes are often isolated. They constantly think, train, and fight daily to reach their goals, meet expectations, and, above all, to conquer themselves. I will create an environment where they can focus on their sport and build a system that can actualize their aspirations to compete on the world stage.

Work Experience

Yomiuri Giants, International Department, New York Office Director: For five seasons starting in 2015, I was based in the New York office as a liaison, engaged in scouting, player contracts, and negotiation.; Initiated and led the Dominican Republic project, producing Dominican players like C.C. Mercedes.; For six seasons starting in 2009, I served as a team interpreter and handled international operations. As an interpreter, I worked with Scott Mathieson and Marc Kroon, experiencing two Japan Series championships.

Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, Team Interpreter Los Angeles Dodgers, Team Interpreter Sumitomo Corporation, Consumer Business Division: Engaged in new retail business development, launch operations, and oversight.
